Reliable and Durable Dough Sheeter designed to be efficient and easy to clean. Shoulders in anti corrosion aluminium alloy. Every moving part has been provided with ball bearings. Removable and interchangeable scrapers, on bottom and top, conceived to avoid flour or dough stains. Belt rotation commands are handy and precise. The machine can laminate any dough to create evenly thin dough sheets. On this particular model, belts are fixed and cannot be raised, due to their extensive lenght.
